01 / ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

01 / THE BUSINESS GOAL

Make the first step feel clear.

For a coaching business, the path to a new client starts with understanding the athlete’s goals. The public offer directs people toward an assessment and a training recommendation.

02 / THE CAMPAIGN MIX

Test more than one inquiry route.

The campaign mix paired an existing lead campaign with Forms + Messenger and a separate website-contact campaign. Each route had its own spend and response profile.

03 / WHAT IT TELLS US

Follow the lead beyond the click.

The website-contact campaign recorded 488 clicks (all) but no lead actions in this report. That makes inquiry tracking and follow-up essential: click volume alone cannot tell us how many athletes became clients.

MODELED OPPORTUNITY / NOT RECORDED REVENUE

What could these leads be worth?

Using Oscar’s estimated 50% lead-to-booking rate and $1,800.00 price for a 24-session package, we can model the opportunity after an inquiry. The model uses the September 22–October 21, 2026 lead cohort. Package purchases remain an explicit assumption.

01 / Reported lead actions41Measured by Meta

03 / Modeled bookings≈20.541 × 50%; not a verified count

The model treats the supplied booking rate as an initial appointment; its meaning and match to this lead cohort have not been confirmed. If the rate already counts paid packages, select 100% below. Each modeled buyer purchases one 24-session package. They use lead actions only; messaging conversations are excluded to avoid an unsupported combined lead count.

02 / SPORTS THERAPY

Olympus Sports Therapy

A fuller view of local interest, from lead actions to conversations.

Olympus Sports Therapy helps athletes and active adults in Los Alamitos. Its public entry offer is a free 60-minute assessment; paid care comes afterward. The value of a lead depends on that next decision.

01 / THE BUSINESS GOAL

Create a path to an assessment.

An assessment gives a prospective client a way to discuss their goals and understand the service. A paid care package is a later decision, so booking and buying need separate measures.

02 / THE CAMPAIGN MIX

Pair inquiries with local visibility.

The account combined Olympus Leads Gen with a local awareness campaign around Los Alamitos. Lead generation drove direct response; the awareness campaign expanded advertising exposure.

03 / WHAT IT TELLS US

The wider reporting window captures 31 lead actions and 42 messaging conversations started. The lead campaign began September 9; the awareness campaign began October 17. A shorter reporting window captures only part of that activity.

A result is stronger
with its context.

Campaign reporting shows the response to advertising. Booking estimates and package prices help model what that response might become. Connecting those stages gives a useful planning view while keeping actual revenue distinct.

Each reporting window is explicit
Trial: September 22–October 21, 2026. Olympus: August 1–October 21, 2026, with the original 30-day window available for comparison. Data retrieved October 23 from Windsor.ai’s cached Meta snapshot. USD, America/Los_Angeles. Each total includes all returned campaigns in its account and date window. Different periods should not be used to rank the clients against each other.
Lead actions and conversations
Meta’s lead-action field and messaging-conversation-started field measure different activity and may overlap. Conversations started counts starts after at least seven days of inactivity, so they are not necessarily first-time contacts. Neither metric proves a unique, qualified person. They are presented separately and never summed.
Attribution and activity
Windsor.ai’s default attribution option uses 7-day click / 1-day view. Impressions are ad displays; clicks include all clicks, not only site visits. Reporting can change as platform data is updated.
Estimated bookings and package sales
Ostudios provided approximate booking rates of 50% for Trial and 45% for Olympus, plus 24-session package prices of $1,800 and $4,995. We apply those rates to reported lead actions as a scenario, not as CRM-confirmed bookings. The purchase percentage is a separate, editable assumption.
Potential value, not recorded revenue
Modeled gross package value = reported lead actions × booking estimate × purchase assumption × package price. Modeled value per lead uses the same calculation per lead. The September 22–October 21 audit returned zero for tracked lead value and purchase value; that does not prove the businesses earned no revenue.
Growth needs a baseline
These estimates describe potential package sales from this lead cohort, not proven incremental revenue, profit or ROAS. A verified revenue baseline, customer matching and actual payments are needed to measure business growth. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
